How can they actually prevent people from getting tasks? This has always confused me when seeing stories about games. “Big guilds take all the quest spots, or monopolize grinding areas.”
I understand overcrowding farming spots to hoard spawns, but how do you prevent someone from talking to an npc to take a quest? I suppose if this is a “live system” where the number of people to do a task is limited, it would make sense. But there should be a system in place to prevent people from taking ALL of the resources from everyone else right? In “super advanced” games like these, they would have had to see that happening, right? Especially if it’s made by extremely competitive e-sport countries like China or Korea.
